Alpha operates on a two‑hour learning framework. In the morning, adaptive applications handle academic instruction, freeing your schedule for the interventions that genuinely transform young lives: motivation, life skills development, coaching, and accountability systems. You directly oversee a cohort of K‑3 students while simultaneously coaching the Guides—Alpha’s term for the adults who mentor and inspire children—who drive their daily growth. Your work remains hands‑on each day, not administrative oversight from a separate office.

• Coaching both Guides and students through performance metrics, classroom observation, and targeted feedback, then enforcing accountability to quantifiable objectives for each group
• Leading one‑hour live workshops for K‑3 students focused on life skills including public speaking, concentration, teamwork, resilience, accountability, and constructive feedback exchange
• Conducting individual and small‑group sessions that link each child's personal goals and interests to tangible academic advancement
• Developing and iterating playbooks that convert your most effective practices into standardized systems other Guides can apply reliably
• Training Guides on these playbooks and demonstrating exemplary facilitation so quality standards persist as the team expands

• Providing academic instruction or presenting lectures from the front of the classroom; adaptive software handles content delivery while you focus on coaching people
• Reducing expectations when students encounter difficulty
• Managing remotely in the manner of instructional coaches and school principals; you remain integrated with your own cohort every day
• Managing the entire campus' finances, operations, and family engagement; a Campus Lead handles those responsibilities so you can concentrate on student and Guide results
• Advocating for conventional teaching practices or implementing a standard K‑12 curriculum

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or a closely related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years working directly with elementary‑aged children (approximately ages 5 to
  9)
• Track record leading a team of at least 5 individuals, with authority to make hiring and termination decisions based on performance results
• Demonstrated experience building, initiating, or substantially expanding a program, team, school, or initiative from inception, rather than managing an established operation
• Willing to work in an educational environment that rejects conventional teaching approaches
• Authorized to work legally in the United States

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• Proven ability using data tools, dashboards, or analytics platforms to identify challenges and produce quantifiable progress
• History coaching or supervising other adults to achieve specific outcomes, rather than executing tasks independently
• Experience in youth development, camp leadership, competitive athletics coaching, tutoring, or enrichment programs where motivating participants was essential
• Demonstrated ability and confidence facilitating sessions or presenting to large groups of young children
