Students at Alpha do not passively attend lectures. They advance through adaptive applications at double the speed of conventional classrooms while developing practical life skills. Your mission is to ensure three core commitments for every child in your cohort: they genuinely enjoy school, they learn twice as fast, and they acquire capabilities that a traditional textbook lacks. You will also mentor the Guides who uphold these commitments across your campus.

Data informs every choice and every interaction is in‑person. You divide your time between your student cohort and the Guides under your leadership, with identical expectations: documented progress at all times. When a session under performs, you observe, discuss, and resolve it that same afternoon.

You may initiate a new campus from the ground up and shape its culture. As the campus grows, your focus shifts from operational startup to coaching executive leadership, scaling Alpha’s approach regionally.

• Facilitate one‑hour interactive life‑skills and social‑emotional learning (SEL) sessions with K‑8 students on topics such as public speaking and concentration, following Alpha’s established playbook.
• Conduct daily motivational sessions that push 100% of students toward their weekly application targets using developmentally appropriate incentives, including school currency and leaderboards.
• Develop Guides through direct observation, focused feedback, and practical coaching so they deliver sessions with the same energy and accuracy.
• Analyze Coachbot data and student records to identify those needing intervention, and personally address their needs.
• Mentor your designated student cohort, modeling the coaching and motivational techniques you expect from every Guide.

• Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum. Students progress via adaptive apps; your focus is on people, not content.
• Delivering lectures in a traditional classroom setting. You are an 80% performer, 20% content expert; if you prefer standing on a whiteboard, this role is not a fit.
• Compromising standards under pressure from parents or school leadership. If a student achieves 99%, the response is “not yet” – and you will receive full support to maintain that standard.
• Working from an office processing administrative documents. The majority of your day involves direct engagement with students and Guides.
• Waiting weeks for performance updates. Outcomes are tracked live in Coachbot with immediate adjustments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred; conventional teaching certifications are not required).
• Minimum five years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Proven history of managing a team of five or more individuals, including recruitment and performance‑based dismissal decisions.
• Experience providing coaching, mentorship, or actionable feedback to enhance engagement and results.
• Experience supporting youth aged five to fourteen in educational or developmental contexts.
