The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, a positive, energetic presence, and a clear commitment to excellence. They bring enthusiasm to their work, lead by example, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.

Responsibilities include providing ongoing professional development, modeling best practices, and ensuring alignment between curriculum, instruction, and assessment. The Curriculum Coach also plays a key role in supporting and maintaining the school’s academic performance and grade status through data-driven planning and targeted interventions.

Additionally, this position requires availability beyond the school day to support after-school tutoring programs, coordinate academic supports, and ensure all students have access to the resources they need to succeed.
