Little Miami School District is looking for and an Educational Specialist who will split time between the High School and Middle School. In this role, you will deliver data-driven interventions and specialized instructional lessons tailored to diverse student needs, modifying curriculum materials to ensure content is accessible to all learners. You will administer regular screenings and proficiency assessments to track progress, maintain accurate compliance and performance records, and collaborate closely with colleagues and staff to integrate support strategies into the general education environment.

Finally, you will maintain consistent communication with families regarding student growth and development.
