Our client, an autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a Trainer
- Tele Operations to join their team. As a Trainer
- Tele Operations, you will be part of the Tele Operations Department supporting the Tele Ops Operations and Training Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $34

• Provide training support to new hires and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Review daily performance feedback and address training deficiencies escalated by instructors.
• Grade hands-on assessments and conduct audits of operator performance.
• Assist with training material updates and collaborate on curriculum improvements.
• Support validation, testing, and operational missions as needed while maintaining proficiency in standard operating procedures.

• At least 3 months as a fully trained member of the Tele Ops team.
• 1–3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Knowledge of Tele Ops procedures, responsibilities, and operational workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and coach others.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
