Between $66,000-$80,000 depending on experience. with potential relocation allowance for the right candidate
The Upper School Physical Education department is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join their team. The qualified candidate must be able to development and execute effective lesson plans that cover the curriculum and engage students’ interests related to wellness and mindfulness, with the ability to teach sports, weight training, and yoga. Candidates should be knowledgeable in health and wellness principals along with injury practices.
This position will plan practice opportunities that are structured for maximum participation (e.g., individual, partner, and small-group activities; non-elimination activities that require no wait time)
Additionally, this position requires faculty to coach one sport during the school year (assistant or head coach) but are encouraged to coach multiple sports throughout the school year. Applicants should be enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, and able to motivate students of all abilitie s.
