Overtown Youth Center in Miami is seeking a dedicated College and Workforce Readiness Success Coach for 11th-12th grade students. You will provide in-school and out-of-school coaching, college and career planning, FAFSA guidance, and progress monitoring to help students transition to postsecondary paths.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field, with 2–3 years of experience in youth development or college counseling, and strong communication skills.
