Position Overview

This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy and performance execution. You will design data-driven audience strategies, scale full-funnel acquisition campaigns, collaborate closely with creative teams, and leverage analytics to unlock scalable growth. As the owner of the paid social roadmap, you will drive end-to-end campaign performance and shape how performance media contributes to company pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities Drive Media Strategy & Performance Growth
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance media across Meta, Linked In, and emerging digital channels to hit aggressive revenue targets.
  • Build integrated, full-funnel programs designed to drive brand awareness, mid-funnel engagement, and qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Build advanced audience strategies using first-party data, account-based targeting (ABM), lookalikes, and platform segmentation tools.
  • Design structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative assets, copy, audience segments, and landing pages to identify key growth levers.
  • Continually evaluate new acquisition channels, ad formats, and platform features to expand reach and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Establish scalable testing frameworks and optimization standards across all active campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Lifecycle, Content, and Brand Marketing to align paid campaigns with multi-touch buyer journeys.
  • Work with Creative and Design teams to develop high-converting ad assets and provide feedback grounded in performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Analytics teams to ensure robust attribution modeling, CRM integration, and clear performance tracking.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5–7+ years leading paid social and performance media strategies in a B2B SaaS environment, with demonstrated success driving pipeline and ARR.
  • Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta, Linked In, You Tube, and self-serve ad networks.
  • Enterprise Focus: Proven success reaching enterprise decision-makers and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong analytical toolkit with experience leveraging data to optimize campaigns and report on efficiency metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV).
  • Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of multi-touch attribution, conversion APIs, tag management, and CRM workflows (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Execution & Strategy: Ability to switch seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands‑on campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing high‑six or seven‑figure annual ad budgets in a high‑growth tech organization.
  • Hands‑on experience with secondary acquisition channels (e.g., Reddit, CTV, Programmatic, Audio).
  • Experience targeting legal, corporate compliance, or specialized professional services verticals.
