You know young children can achieve far more than traditional classrooms demand, and you've led teams that demonstrate this through concrete, measurable outcomes. You understand that accountability, motivation, and rigorous standards transform lives in ways that no worksheet can replicate.

Alpha dedicates just two hours each morning to academics through adaptive learning technology. This structure allows you to concentrate on the work with the greatest lasting impact: coaching students toward independent learning and developing the Guides who enable that progress. You will lead outcomes for a cohort of K-3 students, applying data, observation, and coaching to ensure each child loves school, learns twice as fast, and builds exceptional life skills.

This position is neither an instructional coach role nor a principal role. You won't be consumed by meetings or administrative tasks. Instead, you'll be present in classrooms, evaluating student and Guide performance, running workshops on focus, resilience, communication, and accountability, and coaching children and adults toward quantifiable progress.

Your impact will extend beyond your immediate cohort. You'll capture effective practices, create playbooks that elevate standards school wide, and contribute to how Alpha trains future Guides. • Use performance data, classroom observations, and direct feedback to coach Guides and students toward measurable gains.
• Run engaging workshops for K-3 students that develop communication, resilience, collaboration, accountability, focus, and other essential life skills.
• Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions that link student motivation to academic achievement and self-sufficiency.
• Create and improve repeatable coaching playbooks that strengthen performance across the Guide team.
• Train and mentor Guides while demonstrating exceptional coaching and facilitation practices daily.

• Teaching traditional classroom lessons or presenting academic content through lectures; adaptive technology manages core academics.
• Using punishment to manage discipline or reducing expectations when students face difficulties.
• Operating from an office rather than engaging directly with students and Guides each day.
• Managing campus operations, budgets, or parent communications; your priority is people development and outcome improvement.
• Adhering to conventional elementary school methods simply because "that’s how it's always been done."

• Willing to work on-site at an Alpha campus in Miami, FL or New York City, NY; relocation assistance is provided
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children (approximately ages 5-9).
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including performance management and hiring decisions.
• Experience building, launching, or significantly growing a program, school, team, or initiative rather than maintaining an existing one.
• Demonstrated success using data and measurable outcomes to improve team or student performance.
• Excited by challenging conventional education models and embracing a coaching-first approach.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience using dashboards, analytics, or performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
