About The Lucy Project

For six years, The Lucy Project has partnered with families, educators, and communities across Miami-Dade to close the literacy gap. We deliver personalized, evidence-based instruction that meets kids where they are — and we support the teachers around them with training and resources, so literacy support extends beyond our own sessions. We believe every child deserves the tools and confidence to read — because literacy unlocks everything else.
