• Perform independent structural inspections accordance with Florida Building Code and approved construction documents
• Verify compliance with design intent through field observations, documentation, and detailed inspection reporting
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers on high-profile projects

• Experience working on highly visible or large-scale construction projects preferred
• Solid understanding of structural systems
• Meets Florida State requirements for Special Inspector representatives
