Overview
HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures, a recognized leader in the repair and overhaul of aircraft structural components, is currently seeking a Shop Apprentice to join our growing team.
Responsibilities- Assist experienced technicians in the surface prepping, disassembly, cleaning, repair, and reassembly of aircraft structural components.
- This entry-level position is designed to provide on-the-job training and exposure to key processes used in the aerospace MRO industry, including the use of precision tools, equipment, and technical documentation.
- The apprentice will follow safety and quality procedures while developing a foundational understanding of aircraft materials, repair methods, and FAA regulations.
- Over time, the role will expand based on performance, with opportunities to grow into more specialized technician positions.
