Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience and a passion for designing cutting-edge packaging machinery?

The opportunity:

I have partnered with a small but ambitious packaging equipment manufacturer, designing and building top-tier machinery - all manufactured in the USA.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer who wants to take the lead in designing brand-new product lines whilst mentoring a junior engineer and setting the foundations for future designs.

What you'll do:

• Design & Innovate: Create cutting-edge packaging machinery that delivers performance, durability, and efficiency.
• Master Solid Works: Use your expertise to craft detailed 3D models, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Lead Projects: Take ideas from concept to completion, keeping everything on track and to a high standard.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Mentor & Inspire: Guide and develop a Junior Mechanical Engineer, fostering innovation and skill-building.
• Hands-On Problem Solver: Troubleshoot and refine designs to ensure flawless execution in production.
