Opportunity – Senior Consultant, Digital Risk – Power & UtilitiesWe seek an experienced Senior Consultant who can lead risk and controls engagements for Power & Utilities clients. The role requires deep industry knowledge, regulatory expertise, and the ability to guide ERP, information systems, and operational process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead fieldwork and fieldwork teams to evaluate, enhance, and document information systems and controls across the business internal control process.
- Analyze, evaluate, and enhance ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.) to maximize operational efficiencies and reduce risk.
- Partner with client personnel to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions that support regulatory compliance and risk reduction.
- Document findings, engage in risk and controls project teams, and perform IT control and security engagements.
- Lead and manage projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Power & Utility sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
- Drive risk and controls project teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering continuous improvement.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or consulting within the sector.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of operational processes in Power & Utilities, particularly work management, asset management, and/or utility accounting.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Valid passport and willingness to work excess standard hours when necessary.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, CISA, CISSP, etc.) are a plus; non-certified hires must become certified by Manager level.
- Competitive base salary range $87,800 – $160,900, with location adjustments up to $182,800.
