Join us as a Field Superintendent - New Installation Your main responsibilities
  • Lead and build high-performing field teams, fostering teamwork, communication, and strong union relationships
  • Manage training and development of technicians on safety, tools, quality standards, and company processes
  • Ensure all installation projects meet company quality, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Monitor project progress, drive installation efficiency, and conduct job-site readiness walkthroughs
  • Provide technical solutions, support sales and project management, and resolve customer concerns
  • Adjust manpower and resources to meet business needs while maximizing profitability and productivity
  • Participate in professional development to maintain expertise in company products, services, and procedures
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or Business with prior technical sales experience, or Journeyman Technician with at least 5 years of field experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the elevator industry or a related building systems field
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve sensitive employee relations issues effectively

    Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a high sense of urgency and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard PC applications
