Position Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Manager. Role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP IS Utilities. The candidate work will focus on SAP IS Utilities Testing, AMI, Billing & Invoicing, ABAP EMIGALL, ABAP BPEM, and Manual Testing. This role is crucial for optimizing utility processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Lead the implementation and testing of SAP IS Utilities modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Oversee the AMI processes to enhance data accuracy and improve utility management.
• Provide expertise in SAP IS Utilities Billing & Invoicing to streamline financial operations and ensure timely billing.
• Utilize SAP IS Utilities ABAP EMIGALL for efficient data migration and system upgrades.
• Implement SAP IS Utilities ABAP BPEM to manage business process exceptions effectively.
• Conduct manual testing of SAP IS Utilities applications to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP IS Utilities solutions with business objectives.
• Analyze utility processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for SAP IS Utilities applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP IS Utilities implementations.
• Provide training and support to team members on SAP IS Utilities functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
• Drive innovation in utility management through advanced SAP IS Utilities solutions.

• Possess extensive experience in SAP IS Utilities Testing and AMI processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP IS Utilities Billing & Invoicing for efficient financial management.
• Have strong skills in SAP IS Utilities ABAP EMIGALL and BPEM for effective data handling.
• Exhibit expertise in manual testing of SAP IS Utilities applications.
• Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Display strong analytical skills to identify and resolve utility process challenges.

• Experience working in the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience delivering or supporting training programs for technical users.

* Travel: willingness to travel extensively as client needs require.

Education
:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s strongly preferred.

Salary: Applications will be accepted until February 13th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $81,450.00 – $ depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Incentives: Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, subject to applicable plan terms.
