Position Title: Business Development Manager: LV Power Distribution—Healthcare Vertical (Remote - Eastern Region)

Responsibilities- Review complex electrical designs & offer alternative solutions (bill of material optimization) to customers, creating incremental value.
- Facilitate bid negotiation covering system design, bill of materials, labor content, local codes & standards, and contract negotiations including risk management.
- Identify key stakeholders in the project bid & negotiation process and represent Siemens solutions to them.
- Evaluate business opportunities & recommend specifications, system design, and product application.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in power distribution.
- Strong understanding of Medium & Low voltage power distribution products.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- At least 21 years of age to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Located in the Eastern Region of the U.S. or willing to relocate.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Business development/engineering experience in the healthcare construction market.
- Ability to manage conflict & navigate discussions with various stakeholders who may not agree on a solution.
- Forward‑thinking, growth mindset passionate about expanding the business.
- Self‑starter & motivator who can create and maintain key customer relationships.
- Ability to manage C‑level relationships within healthcare end users.
Working knowledge of the electrical industry and/or the specific markets listed.

Benefits and Perks- Health and wellness benefits:
- Pay range: $91,463 - $156,794 plus incentives (actual wage may vary).
