Chromalloy operates at the forefront of engineering solutions, supporting the aerospace, energy and defense industries. This internship offers students and recent graduates hands‑on experience in industrial automation.
ResponsibilitiesIntern will be tasked with design and assembly of automation cells:
- Working with engineering and operations to define automation cell requirements
- Generating designs for mechanical and electrical systems
- Assembling automation cells
- Supporting FAT/SAT for delivery
Producing mechanical and electrical designs, and generating technical documents such as manuals, work instructions and final reports on cell performance post FAT/SAT.
Preferred Internship Period- Hiring Managers are strongly encouraged to identify project timelines, as interns require certainty as to the duration of the project.
- Interns may only be available to participate during certain days of the week with limited hours.
- Hiring Managers are encouraged to consider this when identifying the project.
Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar Engineering area of study.
