The Electrical Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overall leaderships and performance of all electrical maintenance, automation and electrical capital projects at an aggregate manufacturing facility. Full oversight and accountability for electrical reliability, safety and continuous improvement as well as design, development, implementation and commissioning for capital projects and plant operations.
Duties will include:
-Lead, train and develop electricians and contractors
-Manage all electrical maintenance activities
-Develop and execute electrical maintenance programs such as preventative, predictive and corrective action
-Lead electrical safety programs
-Develop electrical designs, specs, drawings, and estimates for new installations, upgrades to existing systems/equipment and any plant modifications
-Select and schedule contractors
-Budget management including labor, parts, materials and contractors
-Lead plant automation (PLCs, HMIs, networking, etc.) troubleshooting, upgrades and optimization
Pay range will be $110,000-$125,000 annually with a bonus and benefits. Base schedule will be 7:00am-4:30pm and will be on call as needed to supervise for a 24/7 operation. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

To be successful, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will have:
-Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related (or equivalent experience)
-Minimum 7 years experience in electrical maintenance in heavy industrial environment - preferably aggregate, mining or similar
-Experience maintaining PLC/Automation Controls in a mining/quarry, plant or similar environment
-Experience leading capital projects from design through commissioning
-Previous leadership role of internal technical teams and contractors
-Knowledge base to include NFPA 70E, NEC, CFR 30 Part 56 regulatory compliance/documentation
- Experience with power distribution systems and equipment to include 13.8kV and up to 230kV a plus, transformers, power lines, DC generators, AC and DC motors, VFDs, MCCS and similar.
-Experience maintaining conveyor systems
-Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
