The Role:- Own the design and development of critical mechanical assemblies, including actuators, enclosures, and production hardware
- Design, prototype, test, and validate complex mechanical systems using Fusion 360 and hands‑on development tools
- Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) decisions across multiple manufacturing processes
- Clear progression opportunities as the company scales, with the potential to move into technical leadership or management roles
- Strong 3D CAD experience and hands‑on experience designing mechanical components for manufacture
- Experience with prototyping, testing, validation, and integrating mechanical systems into real‑world products
