Consertus is looking for an experienced Senior Scheduler for an onsite project at the Miami Airport. As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6, coordinate with stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.

• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multi-package construction projects.
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports.
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks.
• Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals.
• Prepare schedule reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required.
• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen.
