PACIFICA Engineering Services, LLC is looking for a skilled Staff Engineer to conduct site inspections, review project plans, and coordinate scheduling for various structural and civil engineering projects.

• Perform site visit inspections focusing on structural elements, site civil work, and scheduling coordination.
• Read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Report data in a complete, timely, and understandable manner.
• Complete daily reports in accordance with company policy.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and policies.
• Perform material testing as required and review technician reports.
• Collect and prepare data for evaluation.

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• A valid Driver’s License (required).
• E.I. (Engineering Intern) license or BN Structural License (preferred but not required).
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various types of instructions (written, oral, diagram, or schedule form).
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• One to three years of related engineering experience
