Core responsibilities include managing geotechnical projects from proposal through completion, assisting with planning and interpreting geotechnical field and laboratory programs, preparing geotechnical engineering reports, providing construction phase services, supporting CMT operations, assisting with proposal preparation and business development support, and promoting and following safety procedures in both field and office operations.

You'll thrive here if you have a B.S in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical emphasis) or Geotechnical Engineering, minimum of 4-5+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering and construction-phase services (CMT), proven ability to manage small to medium geotechnical projects, working knowledge of Florida/South Florida subsurface conditions and standard industry practices, Engineer Intern (E.I./EIT) required;
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred, strong technical writing skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, valid driver's license, plan and execute geotechnical investigations, demonstrated experience with CMT operations, knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, perform and support engineering evaluation, contribute to preparation of geotechnical reports, proposals, calculations, and related technical documentation, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with common geotechnical engineering software and tools, strong ownership mentality, and ability to pass a background check for clearance to work on various private and government projects.
