ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions
Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances
Prepare and submit zoning applications and documents
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities
Ability to multi-task
Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
Open to feedback and professional development
