Responsible for applying engineering and analytical principles to the design, configuration, operation, and maintenance of complex utility systems. This includes data acquisition, database management for Front-End Processors (FEPs) such as Hitachi Power Control Units (PCUs), and supporting the Hitachi Network Manager ADMS platform to ensure grid stability, system integrity, and optimal data throughput. Design and develop one-line diagrams and GUI displays for real-time visualization of the electrical distribution network.

Verify and evaluate system architecture for stability, interoperability, security, and scalability. Perform point-to-point telemetry mapping and link field device data to the ADMS for validated data feeds and ICCP exchanges. Analyze the digital twin of the electrical distribution network to ensure accurate representation of physical connectivity, asset status, and real-time grid conditions. Identify required system data, hardware, and software components to meet project and operational deliverables.

Provide technical guidance and support for development, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility-related systems. Support FEP databases and ICCP server environments; analyze database systems and server performance to drive improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support system integration and ensure NERC CIP compliance with technical and operational standards.

• Perform data acquisition tasks and manage databases for Front-End Processors (FEPs) such as Hitachi PCUs.
• Conduct high-level technical analysis of the Hitachi Network Manager ADMS platform to ensure grid stability and data throughput.
• Design and develop complex oneline diagrams and GUI displays for real-time visualization of the electrical distribution network.
• Verify and evaluate system architecture for stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability.
• Perform point-to-point telemetry mapping and link field device data to the ADMS, ensuring validated data feeds for ICCP exchanges.
• Analyze and validate the digital twin of the electrical distribution network to reflect physical connectivity and real-time grid conditions.
• Identify required system data, hardware, and software components for project and operational deliverables.

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
• 4 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in related roles (engineering, computer systems engineering, or architectures).
• At least 4 years of experience in: data acquisition systems, ICCP environments, utility or critical infrastructure operations;
  Hitachi Network Manager ADMS; SCADA/DSCADA database modeling and configuration; oneline diagram design and GUI development for electrical distribution networks;
  Front-End Processor (FEP) database configuration and management (Hitachi PCUs); point-to-point telemetry mapping and field device integration to ADMS; NERC CIP compliance and utility system integration standards.
• Domestic travel up to once per quarter to visit client offices; telecommuting availability.
