Job SummarySite Civil Engineer Intern – Fall 2026 semester, 40 hours per week. The role is based in one of the locations listed above. Woolpert is a certified Employer of Choice by Great Place to Work. We do not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must already have work authorization in the country of the job.
What You Will Do- Design and create site layout plans in alignment with client requirements and Woolpert standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept plans, grading plans, and site designs.
- Apply knowledge of hydrology and stormwater management.
- Prioritize workflows and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify impediments and develop solutions.
- Perform pavement assessments and compile data and reports.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Current pursuit of a BS in Civil Engineering.
- Zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience.
- Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Preferred experience in hydraulics and hydrology.
- Availability for occasional field work, frequent local travel, and overnight travel as needed.
Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
