CBRE is seeking a Commercial HVAC Mobile Building Engineer to support multiple facilities in South Florida with travel to other parts of Florida as needed. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems to keep facilities running smoothly.
The role requires extensive travel within Miami, Venice, and Port St. Lucie, FL, and may include overnight stays to respond to incidents. EPA certifications and a valid driver's license are required.
