Junior Mechanical Engineer – HVAC / AutoCAD
Location: Miami, FL
Work Arrangement: In-office
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
VIP Executive Search is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a client in Miami, Florida.
This position is ideal for an engineering professional with strong hands‑on experience in AutoCAD, HVAC system design, and construction document production. The selected candidate will contribute to commercial, residential, and multifamily projects while collaborating with engineers, architects, contractors, and internal project teams.
Key Qualifications- Five or more years of hands‑on AutoCAD experience
- Experience in HVAC design, mechanical engineering, or MEP design
- Ability to produce detailed construction documents and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and design standards
- Experience supporting commercial, residential, or multifamily projects
- Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines
- Revit experience is preferred but not required
- PE license is not required
