HEICO Component Repair Group, a leading provider of FAA‑approved aircraft component repair and overhaul services, is seeking a motivated Engineering Technician Apprentice to join our dynamic engineering team. This position provides hands‑on training in aircraft component maintenance, FAA regulatory compliance, and documentation.
In this position, the Engineering Technician Apprentice may be required to disassemble, clean, repair, re‑assemble, and test Aircraft Sub‑Components in accordance with approved data.
Key Responsibilities- Perform technical tasks related to the repair and overhaul of aircraft components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and repair specifications
- Participate in testing activities and assist with setup, operation, and data recording
- Maintain records in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
