The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a highly profitable global industrial manufacturer to identify a Structural Engineer to support major capital projects, facility expansions, and infrastructure improvements across multiple manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible role within an organization making significant investments in its facilities and long-term growth strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to lead structural initiatives from planning through execution while helping modernize and strengthen critical manufacturing infrastructure.
DesiredQualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
- Experience supporting structural engineering projects within heavy manufacturing, industrial facilities, cement, mining, steel, paper, chemical, power generation, or similar environments preferred.
- Experience with capital projects, plant expansions, facility upgrades, or industrial infrastructure.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external engineering partners.
- EIT or PE designation is a plus, but not required.
