Principal, BD Manager

A leading architecture, engineering, and construction consulting firm is seeking a Principal, Building Envelope to provide executive leadership within its growing Building Envelope practice in the Miami - Fort Lauderdale market.

This leadership role combines technical expertise with business development, overseeing complex building enclosure projects while strengthening client relationships and mentoring technical teams.

• Lead business development and practice growth.
• Manage executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee projects involving façades, roofing, waterproofing, fenestration, rehabilitation and forensic investigations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor staff and ensure quality project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or a related field.
• 10-15 years of building envelope consulting experience.
• PE or RA license required.
• Proven experience leading complex projects, managing client relationships and growing a consulting practice.
• Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems, building codes and industry standards.
