Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and highly organized Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimize marketing and promotional events that generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness.
This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales pipeline through field events, community activations, trade shows, and builder partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how events directly contribute to revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute promotional events including community activations, trade shows, home builder events, and retail campaigns
- Secure venues, permits, and approvals
- Coordinate logistics: booth setup, signage, marketing materials, and staffing
- Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation
- Travel to event locations as required
- Collaborate with Sales to align event strategy with lead goals
- Train event staff on messaging and lead capture processes
- Track and report number of qualified leads per event
- Ensure all leads are entered into CRM within 24 hours
- Analyze event performance and ROI
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and promotional partners
- Oversee event inventory (giveaways, branded materials, signage)
- Negotiate pricing and contracts when necessary
Budget & Reporting
- Assist with event budget management
- Prepare post-event reports (attendance, leads, cost per lead, ROI)
- Identify improvements to optimize future performance
Brand Representation
- Represent Terra Energy professionally at public events
- Educate potential customers about our solar solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and builders
We are looking for an “A-player” who is:
- Highly proactive and results-driven
- Comfortable working weekends and attending events
- Skilled at engaging prospects and capturing leads
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with occasional travel, including overnight stays
- Able to start remote but attend in-office training initially
- Experienced in startups or fast-paced environments (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Within budget goal - CRM Compliance: 100% of leads uploaded within 24 hours
