Parking Attendant​/Maintenance Porter - Evenings

Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company in search of a hardworking, outgoing, and motivated Attendant/Porter to join our team in the downtown Miami area! If you thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and love working with people, we want to hear from you.

• Direct and manage vehicle traffic at garage entrances, exits, and key congestion points
• Provide guidance to drivers to help locate available parking spaces
• Monitor garage capacity and communicate updates to the team
• Support pedestrian safety by maintaining clear walkways and crosswalks
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or needs in real time

• Sweep and clean garage floors, stairwells, and common areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is properly disposed of throughout the shift
• Identify and report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
• Restock supplies such as cleaning materials and other facility necessities as needed

• Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for the duration of the shift
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced situations
• Excellent verbal communication and people skills
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Previous experience in parking and traffic control is strongly encouraged
