Role Overview

The Royal Party Squad creates an exciting and electrifying atmosphere for guests throughout their cruise vacation. Team members host and participate in parties, lead activities, encourage guest participation, and ensure every event is fun, memorable, and full of energy.

Responsibilities

• Create an electrifying atmosphere for parties and onboard events.
• Host and participate in themed parties, deck parties, nightclub events, and other entertainment activities.
• Engage guests and encourage participation in games, contests, and social events.
• Use strong microphone and crowd‑engagement skills to entertain guests.
• Ensure every party delivers an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
• Bring the spirit of celebration to every corner of the ship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of entertainment, recreation, event hosting, or program management experience
  , or equivalent onboard experience.
• Previous experience as a Party Host, MC, Entertainer, Event Host, or similar role preferred.
• Experience working in hospitality, resorts, cruise ships, entertainment venues, or recreation industries is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong microphone, public speaking, and crowd‑engagement skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality.
• Understanding of what keeps a party atmosphere exciting throughout the day and night.
• Knowledge of games, activities, and engagement techniques that keep guests entertained in nightclub and pool party environments.
• Must be confident dancing and performing in front of large groups.
• Ability to lead dance activities, teach simple dance routines, and encourage guest participation.
• High level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in dance, performance, entertainment, or choreography.=
• Background in theater, music, hosting, or live entertainment.
• Experience creating and leading interactive guest experiences.
