- Premier Guest Experience & Communication
- Deliver a high‑end experience for fans and VIPs; resolve requests efficiently.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Miami Freedom Park entry points, local streets, and nearby freeways to provide seamless directions.
- Clearly communicate rates, game‑day procedures, and retrieval times to customers during peak stadium hours.
- Vehicle Safety & Operations
- Navigate stadium parking structures and surface lots with care, observing all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Immediately report any incidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the management team.
- Professional Standards & Team Play
- Arrive on time for every scheduled shift to ensure full staffing during the pre‑game rush.
- Maintain a clean, crisp, and complete uniform at all times, representing professional standards.
- Support management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation from first inning to last.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Game Days).
- Must be able to run/move quickly to retrieve vehicles during the post‑game rush.
- Previous Special Event Supervisor experience is required.
- Customer service experience is a big plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions for the entire shift; shifts will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.
- Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations, including stairs, for the duration of the scheduled shift.
