Pay: $14.00/hour Shift Premium may Apply

• Coordinate the movement and availability of our rental vehicle fleet to meet customer demand.
• Inventory vehicles, track status and movement, and dispatch vehicles to appropriate locations.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate vehicle movements or transports.
• Prepare and compile reports and help ensure vehicles are available, positioned correctly, and ready for customers.
• Support a smooth customer experience by keeping operations running smoothly.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to work outdoors or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise level
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months dispatcher, logistics, or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
