Overview

Binbox provides secure, self-service lockers at major sports and entertainment venues, allowing guests to store belongings before entering events. Our mission is to deliver a fast, convenient, and exceptional guest experience while helping fans enjoy every event without the hassle. We’re growing our South Florida team and are looking for enthusiastic, dependable Event Staff to join us at some of the region’s biggest venues.

• Hard Rock Stadium
• Inter Miami CF Stadium
• Loan Depot Park
• NU Stadium
• Other Binbox launch events throughout South Florida

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Explain the Binbox locker service and assist guests with rentals.
• Help customers use the Binbox mobile app when needed.
• Keep locker areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Answer guest questions and provide outstanding customer service.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced event environment.
• Follow company procedures and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to event venues.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• This is an event-based position. We are looking for team members who can work most home games and major events throughout the season.
• Candidates should have availability for:
• Most Miami Dolphins home games
• Most Inter Miami CF home matches during the MLS season
• Weekends, especially Saturdays
• Evenings, holidays, and other major event dates as scheduled
• Applicants with consistent availability throughout the season will receive scheduling priority.

• $18.00–$21.00 per hour
