We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about planning and executing exceptional events that leave a lasting impression. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event management, from initial concept through to execution and post-event evaluation.

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
• Develop detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best services and prices.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all elements meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events effectively.

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
