Casino Sports book Affiliates Marketing Leadership
This dynamic role will be responsible for the performance, growth, and profitability of our casino portfolio, including PlayUSA and Gaming Today.
Responsibilities- Full P&L responsibility for casino products, including revenue growth, cost control, and EBITDA performance
- Set and execute a clear strategic roadmap, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand growth
- Lead cross-functional squads spanning content, SEO, product, commercial, CRO, and brand
- Drive execution through OKRs, operating cadence, and performance-tracking
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations in the online gaming and affiliate space - Coach, develop, and support leaders and team members across the organization
- 7+ years of leadership experience in digital media, affiliate marketing, or online gaming
- Strong execution with a track record of results
- Ownership mentality
- Commercial and operational acumen, and the ability to own P&L and forecasting performance
- Strong understanding of SEO, content-led growth, and performance marketing ecosystems
