Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless execution of a wide range of events. As a vital part of our event management crew, you will play a key role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, creating memorable experiences for attendees and clients alike. This position requires individuals who are energetic, personable, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Whether it's setting up venues, assisting guests, managing event logistics, or providing support to event coordinators, your contribution is essential to the overall success of our events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues including arranging furniture and equipment.
• Welcome and register guests, providing information and directions as needed.
• Ensure the safety and security of attendees by monitoring the event space.
• Support event coordinators with logistics and administrative tasks during events.
• Manage crowd control and assist with traffic flow to maintain orderliness.
