Responsibilities

• Process all Custodians Corporate Action (Mutual funds, bonds, equities, options, etc.)
• Process all custodian confirmations received – DDA Corporate Action notices from all custodians
• Dividends and coupons - preparation and allocation
• Process all tax related transactions from Corporate Actions
• Help with custodial responsibilities and processing of transactions
• GNMA's - processing payment of principal and interest
• Processing Corporate action security and/or custodial related payments via Swift
• Position Reconciliation – reviewing and correcting internal positions vs. positions held onciliation generated by Reconciliation Department
• Prices - pricing positions held (Pending Bloomberg) daily and monthly
• Performs other clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and operating office machines
• T-24 processing (All Back Office and Treasury Operations)
• Perform other duties as assigned by management according to Operations Department needs

Requirements

• Supervise employees in the back office
• Bachelors Degree and SEC License Series 7 or Ops 99
• Five Years related experience and/or training
