Annual Bonus and Stock options

• 1.5-2.5 years of Investment Banking Experience
• $ all in comp + Large Equity Component
• Would love any type digital infra, but energy/power/ renewables deal exp required
• Must be coming from an Investment Banking background with strong M&A/PF modelling experience
• Focused on all types of non-parent level financing
• They do a lot of JV's - so M&A structuring experience is important

• Extremely talented young people in leadership roles
• Technically strong, driven and hungry, open to thinking about atypical types of deal structures
• Expectation of longer hours while the team is built; big equity, big upside

• Post-MBA is ok but not preferred (need to have a desire to do modelling)
• Open to M&A or Project Finance backgrounds
• Open to experience with different types of equity deals
• Consider someone coming from an IPP but would need to have 1 yr banking foundation so the modelling exp is there
