$100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Insurances + PTO

Excellent opportunity for a Financial Controller to join one of South Florida's leading general contractors, providing the opportunity to work at the highest level within one of the most critical functions for a growing company.

On offer is the chance to take the next step in your career, holding a number of crucial responsibilities whilst leading the accounting team and making your mark on wider company operations. This is for a fast-growing general contractor in the state of Florida, with a parent company and multiple affiliated firms. They are looking for a Controller to join the team and help take the company to the next level.

• Coordinate with leadership and the CFO to oversee financial reporting.
• Analyze financial statements, review cash flow, create budgets, and handle insurance audits.
• Lead the accounting team and manage day‑to‑day accounting operations.

• Construction / Real Estate / Development or related experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
