Accounting Analyst

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Analyst located in Miami, FL.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and month-end close activities in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This role partners closely with accounting leadership and operations to ensure accurate financial data and meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules
• Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and internal reviews
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
• Enhance decision-making and overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance principles
• Experience with preparing Financial Statements and Journal Entries
• Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus
