We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own and modernize Treasury platforms and capabilities within a large-scale homebuilding organization. This role partners closely with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to drive system transformation across Oracle JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle EPM, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient cash, debt, and liquidity management.
The ideal candidate combines deep Treasury domain expertise, strong technical systems knowledge, and hands-on experience leading enterprise financial system transformations in complex, multi-entity environments.

Your Responsibilities on the Team- Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Treasury systems and capabilities
- Translate Treasury business needs into product requirements, epics, and user stories to drive tangible improvements
- Collaborate with Treasury team to prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk reduction, regulatory impact, and technical dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience with automation, AI/ML practices to transform manual workloads
Lead transformation initiatives across Treasury platforms, including:
- Cash positioning and forecasting
- Debt and covenant management
- Bank account management and signatory controls
- Payments, wires, ACH, and fraud prevention
- Drive integration between Oracle JD Edwards (E1), Oracle EPM (including FCCS, ARCS, PCM where applicable), banks, and payment platforms.
- Partner with Treasury leadership to support evolving funding strategies and liquidity needs.
- Serve as the product manager for Treasury-related functionality within Oracle JD Edwards (E1).
- As part of the Lennar Technology Group (LTG), partner across with LTG and Treasury teams on Oracle EPM enablement supporting Treasury reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes.
- Guide system design decisions to balance standard functionality, configuration, and customization.
Support Treasury needs specific to homebuilding, including:
- High-volume cash flows and land acquisition funding.
- Multi-entity, multi-bank operating structures.
- Seasonal liquidity planning and working capital management.
- Ensure systems scale across divisions, communities, and legal entities.
Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and external integrators.
Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant solutions across Treasury systems.
Lead agile delivery, release planning, testing, and production readiness.
Stakeholder & Governance ManagementSupport SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements through strong system controls and documentation.
Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Finance Systems, or Treasury Systems leadership.
- Strong Treasury domain expertise, including cash management, debt, and banking operations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards (E1) in finance or Treasury contexts.
- Direct experience leading Oracle EPM implementations or transformations.
- Experience in homebuilding, construction, real estate, or other capital-intensive industries.
- Strong technical fluency (integrations, data models, financial systems architecture).
- Proven ability to translate complex Treasury requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Experience integrating with banks, payment processors, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Familiarity with EPM modules such as FCCS, ARCS, or Planning for Treasury use cases.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and reporting tools.
- MBA, Finance, Accounting, or related advanced degree.
- Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications.
- Treasury has real-time visibility into cash, liquidity, and debt positions.
- Oracle E1 and EPM platforms are well-integrated, secure, and audit-ready.
- Treasury processes are standardized, automated, and scalable.
- The TPM is viewed as a strategic partner to Treasury and Finance leadership.
