The Senior Manager, Strategy Finance plays a critical role in driving the corporation’s long-term financial strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring alignment between financial planning and business objectives. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic insight to evaluate growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and enhance shareholder value.

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine corporate strategy.
• Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry dynamics.

• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics to assess business performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting profitability and growth.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the Board and leadership teams.

• Support capital allocation decisions, including M&A, partnerships, and divestitures.
• Evaluate ROI of strategic projects and recommend prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline in strategic initiatives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing financial guidance on strategic decisions.
• Communicate complex financial insights in a clear, actionable manner.
• Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and corporate development teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of supporting strategic decision-making and driving business impact.
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
