Role Description
Lend Vent Realty Capital is a direct private real estate lender based in Miami, FL. We specialize in providing capital to experienced real estate investors for 1-4 family and small balance multi-family bridge and long-term loans, ranging from $100,000 to $10,000,000. With a focus on quick approvals and fast closings, we offer financial solutions with efficiency and expertise.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Originator at Lend Vent Realty Capital. The Loan Originator will be responsible for originating both bridge and DSCR loans, either from brokers or directly from borrowers. We're looking for motivated individuals that are looking to grow with us. We will supply you with leads and lead sources. However, ideal candidates will be self-starters that can generate their own leads.
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in our office in Bay Harbor Isands.
We're offing a base salary and aggressive commission plans.
Qualifications- Loan Origination skills
- Experience in Mortgages and Finance
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Experience in the mortgage or banking industry preferred
