You will be the financial compass for RMW. As VP of Finance, you’ll build a vision for how our finance function scales, ensuring it’s not only rigorous but also strategically aligned with where we want to go.

You’ll translate big-picture goals into financial frameworks that support sustainable growth, while also owning the integrity and precision of all accounting operations. You will own the integrity of financial operations, including P&L oversight, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and full-cycle accounting, while driving long-range planning, capital strategy, and financial modeling to support growth and acquisitions.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring executive presence, operational depth, and the ability to translate financial performance into strategic action. • Own the financial strategy: long-range planning, budgeting, forecasts, capital allocation, and scenario modeling while maintaining strong internal controls across a multi-office structure.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting, disclosures, and audits.
• Manage accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, tax filings, and month-end close.
• Oversee and coordinate external partners, vendors, and advisors supporting finance and provide clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership.
• Support acquisition underwriting and integration planning;
  Evaluate growth opportunities, new services, and investments with financial rigor.
• Identify and implement systems, processes, and automation to scale the finance function.
• Implement scalable financial systems, reporting tools, and automation. Standardize reporting, dashboards, and financial processes firmwide.
• Communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Instill a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
