As a vital member of the executive team, the Executive Finance Leader at INFUSE will spearhead our financial strategy, optimize performance, and drive scalability. This role requires a blend of precision and agility, managing current financial metrics while actively shaping future growth trajectories.

• Oversee all financial operations including forecasting, reporting, treasury, risk management, tax compliance, and overall governance.
• Develop data-driven systems that promote clarity and quick, informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives that align with our growth objectives.
• Ensure financial processes are streamlined and transparent to support rapid expansion.
• Manage audits, tax submissions, and legal entity oversight for our global operations.
• Continuously improve financial models and tools for enhanced planning and real-time insights into performance.

• Demonstrated success in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within a fast-growing, global, or tech-driven company.
• Familiarity with the Net Suite Platform.
• Strong expertise in accounting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills, operational discipline, and a proactive mindset.
• Adaptability to change, innovation, and proficiency in AI-enhanced business environments.
