Job Description
ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Duties and Responsibilities- Will report to the COO
- Analyze past and current operational & financial data and performance
- Responsible for preparing reports and projections based on analysis
- Evaluate current capital expenditures
- Identifying trends in operating & financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Coordinating with other members of the team to review information and problem solve
- Financial models and forecasting
- Explore investment opportunities (preliminary modelling & due diligence, presentations, etc.)
- Assist with due diligence of new acquisitions, financial planning, reporting, analysis and projections
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Proficient with Excel
- Must understand P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow, and how they interact together
- Analytical and financial modeling skills
